The main difference between each maintenance plan is the monthly allocated hourly budget for requested updates. Our most basic maintenance plan allows for up to 1hr of changes each month. The hourly budget covers the labor expense for the MPRHost team to make changes to your website.
When you submit a change it does not mean that your full hour will be used. An hour of website maintenance is perfect for most startup businesses because our webmasters work in hourly increments. If you run out of your hourly budget for the month, then we will wait until the next month to make the changes, unless you request us to continue. Website changes that are not covered by your monthly plan are charged at an hourly rate and will be added one-time to your next billing cycle.
